PRP (Plasma Rich Platelet Therapy) is a non-invasive anti-ageing treatment – also known as the vampire facelift – in other words, it is a powerful weapon in the anti-ageing armoury. As the latest, scientifically based, non-invasive facelift, this treatment works from within, using the patient’s own blood plasma cells which are injected into problem areas to plump, lift and rejuvenate – hence the name vampire facelift.

Concentrated, protein rich, powerhouse plasma cells are isolated from a patient’s blood sample and then re-injected into their perceived problem areas for plumping, lifting and rejuvenating. A topical anaesthetic cream is applied meaning that there is very little pain associated with the procedure. Expect some local swelling and perhaps bruising around the injection sites.

The treatment can prevent or reverse the signs of aging in patients 30 years and older.
